i challenge you to:

really look at yourself. Decide if you like what you see or not, and start taking the appropriate action. You know what it is more than I.

start doing something you’ve always wanted to do. You know you want to do it - so just start. Nothing is stopping you.

do something that scares you.

take a minute, stop what you’re doing, and breathe. Appreciate being alive.

write a letter to someone. Not typed. Not an email. A real, old fashioned letter.

find a reason to smile.

take the first step toward improving something you want change about yourself.

make someone smile.

pick up a piece of litter outside and dispose of it properly. (sorry for the late post!)

look yourself in the eyes (using a mirror) and tell yourself something that you like about you.
